- TERMODINAMIC EKY PRISMATIC series solid fuel manual loading floor heaters are produced as 3 Bar, Prismatic and Four Pass.
- Maximum efficiency is achieved by transferring the heat obtained with the Four Pass design to all surfaces. With the fan-controlled combustion system, fuel contact with air is ensured. In this way, ideal combustion is ensured as the rate of unburned coal is very low.
- The ash accumulated on the cast grates can be easily poured into the ash hopper, facilitating boiler cleaning.
- This boiler series, which can burn lignite and hard coal fuels efficiently and environmentally friendly, is produced in 10 different types with a capacity range of 125,000 Kcal/h (145 Kw) to 500,000 Kcal/h (581 Kw).
- Our boilers produced in TS-300/5 standards are certified according to the 97/23/EC Pressure Equipment Regulation Annex III Module H Full Quality Assurance.
- With the Electronic Control Panel supplied as standard with our boilers, you can control the air blowing fan by setting the installation water temperature to the degree you want, while you can follow the temperature control on the screen.
- It automatically shuts off the fan in case of running out of fuel in the boiler (+28°C).
- Prevents unnecessary electricity consumption by controlling the Circulation Pump according to the installation water temperature (Pump activation (+30°C), pump deactivation (+32°C)). In case the outdoor temperature drops (+5°C), it prevents freezing by starting the pump.
- The safety thermostat protects the boiler against overheating (+90°C).
