EKY/S CYLINDRICAL BIOMASS BOILER
- TERMODİNAMİK EKY/S series solid fuel automatic loading cylindrical hot water boilers provide equal heat transfer on all surfaces thanks to their 3-pass design developed as a result of R&D studies.
- The boilers are produced in 18 different types ranging from 125,000 kcal/h (145 kW) to 1,000,000 kcal/h (1162 kW).
- Combustion air is provided by a forced fan with a durable body structure and high pressure characteristics.
- The combustion air taken from the fan located on the side of the boiler is homogeneously transmitted to the combustion chamber.
- The fuel loaded into the round hearth system, which allows the fuel to burn homogeneously and ensure complete combustion, is ignited by the automatic ignition system.
- The gases formed as a result of combustion in the combustion chamber are transported from the upper smoke pipes to the front smoke box with the help of the saddle structure at the rear of the boiler.
- These hot gases coming to the front smoke box are transferred to the rear smoke box through the smoke pipes on both sides and enter the chimney from there.
- The flue gas temperature is low due to the high rate of energy transferred to the water during the 3 different transitions made by the hot gas formed as a result of combustion in the boiler.
- While the low flue gas temperature increases the combustion efficiency, it minimizes the CO and NOX values discharged from the chimney.
- The spiral turbulators in all smoke pipes direct the hot smoke gases in the boiler pipes, maximizing the amount of energy transferred to the water.
- The boilers, which have been developed to make them suitable for burning all coal types of 10-25 mm in size in the most efficient way, provide 40% more efficiency than half-cylindrical boilers. The boiler, which is created with rational design and advanced production technology methods, works very quietly and efficiently.
- The boilers, which are designed based on TS EN 303-5 and TS 497 standards, are manufactured in accordance with the 97/23/EC pressure equipment directive H module and 2006/42/EC Machinery Safety Regulation.
- With the digital control panel provided as standard on the boiler; you can control the air blowing fan by setting the installation water temperature to the desired degree, while you can monitor the temperature with the digital display.
- Thanks to the digital control panel, you can adjust the amount of fuel to be loaded from the boiler automatic driver.
- It automatically shuts off the fan in case the fuel runs out in the boiler (+32°C). It prevents unnecessary electricity consumption by controlling the circulation pump according to the installation water temperature.
- In case the outdoor temperature drops, it prevents freezing by starting the pump.
- Protects the boiler against overheating with safety thermostat.
