Product Features TBK ECO BIOMASS BOILER
- TERMODİNAMİK TBK EKO series solid fuel manually loaded floor heaters are produced as 3 Bar, Prismatic and Four Pass.
- Maximum efficiency is achieved by transferring the heat obtained with the Four Pass design to all surfaces. With the fan-controlled combustion system, fuel contact with air is ensured. In this way, ideal combustion is achieved as the rate of unburned coal is very low. At the same time, secondary air inlets are provided for faster combustion of fuels with long combustion time.
- Thanks to the movable grates used in the combustion chamber, the accumulated ashes can be easily poured into the ash hopper, making boiler cleaning easier.
- The boilers, which are designed to burn lignite and hard coal fuels efficiently and environmentally friendly, are produced in 5 types from 25,000 Kcal/h (29 Kw) to 100,000 Kcal/h (116 Kw).
- Our boilers produced in TS-303/5 standards are certified according to Annex III Module H Full Quality Assurance of 97/23/EC Pressure Equipment Regulation.
- All settings can be made precisely with the digital control panel on the boiler.
- With the electronic control panel supplied as standard with our boilers, you can follow the temperature control on the screen while controlling the air blowing fan by setting the installation water temperature to the desired degree.
- In case of running out of fuel in the boiler (+28°C), it automatically shuts off the fan.
- Prevents unnecessary electricity consumption by controlling the circulation pump according to the installation water temperature. (Pump activation (+30°C),
